10 Man Melee Guide

                                                 Part I: Character strategies:
========================================================================

Dr Mario: 6.75
< start to the right of the bottom wireframe >
1,2) Jump, and up+B to the left so you hit the bottom frame and the frame on the right platform.
3,4,5) Run off the right platform, and up+B the bottom frame, moving rightward to hit the two
 frames on the right platform.
6,7,8,9,10) Roll left, so you are on the left side of the right platform. Small jump up, and up+B
 to the left, hitting the final 5.

Mario: 6.65
< start to the right of the bottom frame, and face left >
1,2) up+B, and aim it right, so you kill the bottom frame and the frame on the right platform.
 Land on the right platform.
3,4,5) Run left off the platform, back to where you started. up+B to the right, in the same way
 you got the first two, and land again on the right platform.
6,7,8,9,10) Roll left, so your now on the left edge of the right platform. Take a few steps forward.
 As the frame on the right platform appears, up+B, and aim it left, killing the final 5.

Luigi: 7.62
< start on right platform >
1,2,3) down+B as the first wireframe appears, while moving left, to get the first three. Land on
 the bottom.
4,5) jump back to the right platform, and down+B the rightmost wireframe as it appears, while
 moving left to get the one on the bottom.
6,7) up+A
8,9,10) double jump up, and down+B the top most wireframe so the top of the move hits him,
 and so you do not land on the top platform. Continue falling, and the down+B will destroy the
 final two.

Bowser: 7.40
< start on left platform, facing left>
1) Double jump right, and air up+A the top left frame. Land on the top platform, L-cancel.
2,3) Tilt up+A
4) Jump left off platform, air forward+A the top left frame.
5) Land on left platform, and dash+A to the left.
6) Up+B the frame that will jump to the platform.
7,8,9,10) Dash+A to the right.

Bowser: 7.41
< start on left platform, facing left>
1) Double jump right, and air forward+A the top left frame. Land on the top platform,
 and try to land as far to the right as possible.
2,3) Dash+A to the left the top 2 frames.
4) Hold left to run off the platform, then air forward+A the top left frame.
5) Land on left platform, and dash+A to the left.
6) Up+B the frame that will jump to the platform.
7,8,9,10) Dash+A to the right.

Bowser: 7.45
< start on left platform, facing left>
1) Double jump right, and air forward+A the top left frame. Land on the top platform..
2,3) Tilt up+A the two frames who will leap towards you.
4) Run left off the platform, and air forward+A the top left one.
5) Land on left platform to the left of the emerging frame there. Dash+A to the right to kill him
 and the frame who appears on the bottom ( He'll jump into your attack.)
7,8,9,10) Up+B

Peach: 6.97
< start to the left of the bottom wireframe. left. >
1,2) Jump, and up+B to the left. You should kill the frame on the bottom and the top left frame.
 Land on the top platform.
3) Tilt forward+A to the right.
4,5) Platform dive, and up+B the bottom frame in a similar manner to frame #1: you should also
 kill the top left frame. Land on the left platform.
6) Up+smash the frame on the the left platform.
7,8,9,10) Small jump to the right as soon as you see the frame on the bottom move. Up+B to the
 left, killing the bottom frame as well as the 3 other frames on the top/left.

Yoshi: 7.26
< start on the left edge of the right platform, facing left)
1) Once you land on the left platform, still facing left, throw an egg at the top leftmost target.
2,3) tilt down+A as soon as possible, this should get the wireframes that start on the bottom
 and the right platforms.
4,5) Jump to the mid-left side of the top platform. When you see the top frame begin to emerge,
 hit down+B while still on the ground, which will hit the top left frame and the frame on the left
 platform. You should hit both while in the air, and NOT with the stars that the down+B makes
 when he hits the ground.
6,7) Jump, and weakly throw an egg to your right, killing the frame on the top platform and the
 frame that jumps to the top platform.
8,9,10) Tilt up+A as soon as you land.

DK: 7.45
< start on left platform >
1) Double jump up, and air up+A the top left frame. Land on the left platform.
2,3) Up+smash.
4) Run left off the platform, and air up+A the top left most frame.
5) Land to the right side of the frame on the left platform, and dash+A to the left.
6) Tilt up+A
7,8,9,10) Dash+A to the left, killing the last frames.

Falcon: 7.48
< start on left platform, facing left >
1) Double jump and air nuetral+A the top left frame, and land on the top platform.
2,3) forward+B to the right to kill the two that leap at you.
4) Jump to the left, and air nuetral+A the top left target.
5) Land on the right side of the left platform, and forward+B to the left.
6) Forward+B to the right.
7,8,9,10) Wait for the last frame to emerge, then forward+B to the left.

Falcon: 7.53
< start on top platform, face left >
1) Tilt up+A the top left frame.
2,3) forward+B to the right to kill the two that leap at you.
4) run off the platform, and double jump air forward+A the top leftmost frame.
5) fastfall, land, and forward+B to the right to get the frame on the left platform.
6,7,8) Wait a bit, then single jump nuetral+A to knock 3 of the wireframes out.
9,10) fastfall, and forward+B the final two.

Ganondorf 7.65
< start on top platform, face left >
1) Small jump, air nuetral+A the top left frame, and drift right.  L-cancel.
2,3) forward+B to the right to kill the two that leap at you.
4) run off the platform, and double jump air forward+A the top leftmost frame.
5) up+A smash the wireframe on the left platform.
6) forward+B to the right
7,8,9,10) Forward+B to the left.

Ganondorf 7.67
< start on top platform, face left >
1) up+A smash the topmost frame.
2,3) forward+B to the right to kill the two that leap at you.
4) run off the platform, and double jump air forward+A the top leftmost frame.
5) up+A smash the wireframe on the left platform.
6) forward+B to the right
7,8) Up+smash
9,10) Forward+B to the left.

Falco: 7.15
< start to the left of the bottom frame, and face left >
1,2) up+B, and aim it right, so you kill the bottom frame and the frame on the right platform.
 Land on the right platform.
3,4,5) Small hop left and fastfall, then up+B to the right, in the same way you got the first two,
 and land on the right edge of the stage.
6,7,8,9,10) Double jump left, and before landing, begin your up+B, aiming it left, killing the last 5.

Falco: 7.45
< start on left platform >
1) Single jump, and down+B the frame in the top left corner.
2,3) Immidiatly double jump, to the right, and down+B the two wireframes at the same time.
 Land on the top platform.
4) Run left off the platform, and double jump down+B the top leftmost frame.
5) Land, down+B the wireframe on the left platform.
6) tilt up+A
7,8) tilt up+A
9,10) Down+B

Fox: 7.18
< start on left platform >
1,2) Double jump up, and right+B the top left frame and the right platform frame.  Land on the
 right platform.
3) Forward+B the left, land on left platform.
4,5) Jump, forward+B to the right, land on right platform.
6,7) Forward+B to the left, land on left platform.
8,9,10) Jump, forward+B to the right.

Fox: 7.25
< start on left platform, on the right side >
1,2,3) As the top leftmost wireframe starts to fall towards you, use forward+B to the right to
 take out the first three wireframes. You should land on the right platform. As soon as possible,
 use forward+B to the left to get back to the left platform. ( this doesn't not kill any wireframes.)
4,5) The next two wireframes are appearing above the left platform. Single jump down+B these
 two wireframes at the same time, making them fly off screen to the left.
6,7) double jump, a bit to the right so that your slightly over the top platform, and down+B
 the lefmost of the two wireframes up there. Before you land, the next of the two wireframes
 will kick you, and them immidiatly use down+B to kill him. Land on the top platform.
8,9,10) walk a bit to the right of the wireframe that emerges on the top platform, and when
 it starts to emerge, small jump and forward+B to the left to kill the last remaining three.

Ness: 7.77
< As soon as the announcer says go, immidiatly turn to face left, and proceed with step 1.>
1) single jump right, and before landing on the right platform, up+B and aim it at the top left
 frame.
2,3) As soon as you recover from the attack, tilt up+A.
4) Run left, off the platform, and rejump air up+A the top left frame.
5) Land a bit to the left of the frame on the left platform, and up+B.
6,7,8) Up+smash
9,10) Up+A smash the final two frames as they emerge, and hit them with the yoyo as it comes
 out.

Ness: 7.78
< As soon as the announcer says go, immidiatly turn to face left, and proceed with step 1.>
1) quick double jump up, and up+B, aim it towards the top leftmost frame. Land on the top
 platform.
2,3) tilt up+A as the two other frames jump towards you.
4) run left off the platform, and air up+A the top leftmost frame.
5) fastfall down, and land to the left of the emerging frame, and up+B the frame on
 the left platform.
6) tilt up+A ( this is the frame that emerges on the bottom)
7,8) Tilt up+A
9,10) up+A smash the final two frames as they emerge, and hit them with the yoyo as it comes
 out, NOT as it comes around.

Ice Climbers: 7.57
< start on the top platform, face right >
1) Jump, and air back+A the top left frame.
2,3) Before landing, nuetral+B, and hit with the hammer, and not the ice shot.
4) Jump backwards, and air back+A the leftmost corner frame.
5) fastfall, and use B ( ice shot) and hit the wireframe with the hammer, not the ice shot. The
 ice shot will hit and freeze #6.
6) Up+smash #6 as he unfreezes.
7,8) up+smash
9,10) Nuetral+B the last two frames, hitting them with the hammers, not the ice shot.

Ice Climbers: 7.60
< start on the top platform, face right >
1) up+A smash the top leftmost frame.
2,3) up+A smash the next two.
4) Jump backwards, and air back+A the leftmost corner frame.
5) fastfall, and use B ( ice shot) and hit the wireframe with the hammer, not the ice shot. The
 ice shot will hit and freeze #6.
6) Up+smash #6 as he unfreezes.
7,8) up+smash
9,10) Nuetral+B the last two frames, hitting them with the hammers, not the ice shot.

Kirby: 7.52
< Start on left platform, face left >
1) Double jump up, and air up+A, trying to kill him off the very top of the screen.
2,3) Before landing, up+B, and land on the left edge of the top platform.
4) Tilt up+A the top left frame.
5,6) Run off the top platform, and up+B the frame on the left platform before landing. The
 shockwave should aslo kill 6.
7,8,9,10) up+B as the last frame emerges.

Kirby: 7.62
< Start on the leftmost edge of top platform, and face right. For the fastest way to get up
 there, quick double jump, then triple jump, straight up, and start falling left once you reach
 the jump's height >
1) tilt up+A the top left frame.
2,3) tilt up+A the next two as they lunge at you.
4) Run left off the platform, and air up+A the top left frame, and try to make sure he dies off
 the top as fast as possible. Fastfall.
5,6) Up+B the frame on the left platform... it should it also hit #6.
7,8,9,10) Jump, and up+B before landing to kill the final frames.

Samus: 6.97
< Start to the right of the bottom frame, and face left >
1,2) up+B, aimed right, hitting the bottom frame and the frame on the right platform.  Fastfall
 through the right platform.
3,4,5) Walk left, and up+B to the right again, killing the bottom frame and the two frames on
 the right platform.  Land on the right platform.
6,7,8,9,10) Roll left, and wait for the last frame to emerge, then up+B leftward.

Samus: 7.08
< Start in the starting position>
1) Walk to left of middle wire frame, jump smash rocket wire frame on right platform.
2,3) up+b middle and upper left.
4,5) Land on the edge of the left platform. Wait for the two wireframes to appears above the
 left platform, and up+B.
6,7) Tilt up+A to the right, killing two frames.
8,9,10) Stand on the right side of the left platfrom. Up b straight up so all the wire frames get
 caught in it.

Zelda: 7.33
< Start on left platform, facing left >
1) Double jump up, and air nuetral+A the top left frame.  Drift right, and land on the top platform.
2,3) Small jump and up+B the two frames on the top.  Aim your up+B down so you land back
 on the top platform.
4) Small jump left and air nuetral+A the top left frame.
5) Before landing, rejump and up+B the frame on the left platform.  Aim the up+B down so you
 land on the left platform.
6,7) Tilt up+A
8,9,10) up+B

Zelda: 7.45
< start on top platform, face right >
1) tilt up+A the top left frame.
2,3) tilt up+A the next two as they lunge at you.
4) Run left off the platform, and air nuetral+A the topleft frame. Fastfall, land on left platform.
5) up+B, aim it downward so that you land below the platform.
6,7,8,9,10) Jump up, and Nuetral+A, landing on the left platform. Then use up+B to kill the final
 few.

Link: 6.99
< start below the leftmost edge of the right platform. Face left. >
1,2,3) As soon as the bottom frame emerges, jump and up+B him, without miving horizontally
 at all. This should also kill the other two wireframes, and you should land on the top platform.
4,5) Platform dive, and use down+B while falling to pull out a bomb. As soon as you land, jump
 and up+B to kill two more and land back on the top platform.
6,7,9) Wait for two wireframes to leap at you. When theyre about to touch you, platform dive,
 and hit Z right before you go through to drop the bomb. It will hit #6, bounce onto #7, and
 eventually will kill #9 who will appear on that platform.
8,10) The final two wireframes are the ones on the bottom and right platforms. Jump
 and up+B these two.

Pichu: 6.83
< Start a couple steps to the right of the middle wireframe and face left. >
1,2,3) Single jump, and up+A the bottom wireframe. Before landing, do an air up+A to take out
 the next two ( without double jumping.)
4,5) Single jump, air up+A the bottom one, then double jump a bit right and air up+A the
 wireframe on the right platform.
6) Jump up, and air up+A one of the wireframes above you. Land on the very left edge of the
 right platform after killing this frame, facing left.
7,8,9,10)Down+b

Pikachu: 6.83
< Start a couple steps to the right of the middle wireframe and face left. >
1,2,3) Single jump, and up+A the bottom wireframe. Before landing, do an air up+A to take out
 the next two (without double jumping.)
4,5) Single jump, air up+A the bottom one, then, without double jumping, air up+A the wireframe
 on the right platform.
6,7) Land beneath the right platform. Running jump to the left, and air up+A the two that emerge
 above the left platform. Fall right, so you land on the right of the bottom frame.
8) Single jump and air up+A.
9,10) Double jump, and air up+A the final two. They should both die off the top.

Jigglypuff: 7.57
< Start on left platform >
1) Double jump air up+A the top left frame.
2,3) Drift right, and rejump and forward+B to the left, killing 2 and 3.
4) Rejump, and air up+A to kill the top left frame.
5) Land to the left of the frame on the left platform.  When it emerges, grab it and throw it up
 as fast as possible.
6) Turn left, and tilt up+A.
7,8) Tilt up+A
9,10) Small jump right, and down+B (rest) on the last two frames.

Mewtwo: 7.53
< start on top platform, on the left side, and face right >
1) Tilt up+A the top left wireframe, and hit it with the tip of the attack.
2,3) Walk a few steps left, tilt up+A the next two wireframes.
4) Jump left, and air forward+A the top left frame.
5) Tilt up+A the frame on the left platform.
6) Dash attack to the right, killing the frame on the bottom platform.
7,8,9) The next three are all above you, either in the air or on the top platform. Tilt up+A to kill
 these 3 in the same attack.
10) Tilt up+A.

Mr Game and Watch: 7.15
< Start to the left of the bottom frame>
1,2) Single jump up+B to the left to hit the bottom and top left frames. Drift right and land on
 the top platform.
3) Tilt up+A
4,5) Platform dive, and up+B the bottom frame, moving left so you also hit the top left frame.
Land on the left platform.
6) Tilt up+A
7,8,9,10) Run right, and Up+B the bottom frame as it ermerges, moving leftward so you also hit
 the 3 frames at the top.

Marth: 7.48
< start on left platform >
1) Double jump to the right, and air left+B the topleft platform as soon as possible.
 Land on the top platform.
2,3) Up+smash.
4) Run left off the platform. Double jump air up+A the top left frame.
5) Land on the left platform. up+A smash the wireframe that appears there.
6) Forward+B to the right.
7,8) Tilt up+A.
9,10) up+A smash.

                                                    Part III: Contributers:

I couldn't have made this guide without the help of all the people who have played 10 man melee
and got it to where it is today.   Most of the strategies in this guide cannot be credited to just
one person, as it is a group effort to refine certain parts of a strategy and replacing certain
moves to make it faster, which is why most strategies, while seemingly similar, can get vastly
different times.  It is thanks to these people that 10 Man Melee has come as far as it has today.

Bluefire: Luigi strategy, as well as setting up the foundation for future strategies.
Nothing: Created most of the original strategies, even though most are not used today.
Ravenyte: Created most of the new strategies today, and took 10mm to a whole new level. 10mm
 would not be where it is today without him.  Also was the first person to make a video of every
 WR strategy.
RB: First person to sub-7 Mario.
ShadowTheChog: Came up with the idea of hitting #1 while airborne, which is now used in most
 Marth-style strategies
VScorpion: One of the best 10mmers, helped make 10mm what it is today.
sskeeto: For inspiring me to update this guide, and helping me finish it.

Also, special thanks to everybody not listed here who have helped contribute to 10 man melee
